After 10 years, it’s finally time to have my Rolex serviced (well, that and it stopped working). After a bit of digging, I learned that there are no authorized Rolex service centers in the US, except for the 3 run by Rolex. Seems that Rolex no longer sells parts to anyone, so any other facility (besides Rolex) is using generic parts and (according to Rolex) makes them counterfeit. Plus, you can’t beat the service provide by Rolex, it’s outstanding. The center is posh and the people who work there are incredibly nice.
The 3 service centers in the US are:
Manhattan – 212-758-7700 (665 5th Ave, 5th floor – entrance is on 53rd)
Dallas – 214-871-0500
Beverly Hills – 310-271-6200.
Cost for a Rolex service is about $420 (replace gaskets, oil, polish case) which includes a one year complete warranty.
