Flotsam & Jetsam

I’m a glutton for good, fresh, interesting foods.  Thus, the growing movement to make small batch everything has definately sparked my fancy.  As I find ‘em, I’ll post ‘em.  The latest find is small batch ice cream from Jenis Ice Cream: http://www.jenisicecreams.com/index.html

When I manage to finish the 10 pints of ice cream left-over from our ice cream party 2 weeks ago, I might consider getting a couple pints of their more interesting flavours.  The $9+ price point per pint is a bit steep, but I have a feeling it’s worth it.
