Found this while looking for Empanada recipes.
Spam Empanadas
1 pound Spam, with yucky gelatin layer removed and then ground or finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup grated cheese
