Flotsam & Jetsam

I love japanese food.  If I could, I’d eat Japanese everyday.  When Niki and I visited Japan in 2005 it was one of the best trips I’d ever been on.  We ate nothing but Japanese the entire time – which I think is a first for me.  I usually can’t eat the same cuisine 2 days in a row (unless it’s left-overs), accept when we were in Japan.  The food there is so varied, with so much depth, that it’s mind boggling.  Hell, even the food in the 7-11 there is good.

It just so happens that I also happen to live in one of the greatest cities on earth (outside Japan) for Japanese on the planet.  Lucky me, pity my bank account.   Listed here, in no particular order, are some of the places I’ve eaten.  As time permits I’ll add on others that I’ve either eaten at in the past, or as I visit them.
