This is the place that started these reviews to begin with. As with almost everything else I do, there’s a story. Niki and I were heading home from Riverhead where we’d spent the day at NERAC III (a conference for Reef Aquarium hobbyists). The whole day we were either in the conference room looking at pictures of fish, or walking around this amazing aquarium (if you’ve never been – go. Worth the trip if you like fish) and looking at fish. When I walked out of there, the first thing that went through my mind was this craving for Sushi, but I smacked myself and erased the thought. On our way home we decided to stop at this outlet mall and do a little shopping at some of their the billion stores (they had a Harry and David store!). By the time we left (~9pm) it was late and we were both hungry, so we started discussing what we should have for dinner. Around exit 65 on the LIE I noticed a sign for Centerreach and rememberd that I’d read a review of a great Sushi place on Long Island and (I thought) it was right near where we were (it wasn’t). So, we got off at exit 65 and pulled into a parking lot to try and figure out the places name.
Ok, the food. The restaurant is a well apportioned
